Some issues - Some updates

Seems like server is acting really weird we think it might be HDD data corruption or kernel issues, you might not be able to login to you Direct Admin panel, but your sites should be working. We will update on this as to what or where the issues are, looks like we might be needed an OS reload. If that be the case we will probably perform the same if needed urgently else will wait till weekend so your sites have minimum downtimes.
We might not even need anything other than just recompile of kernel but we will update you as and when things develop.

Update: As was figured, infact it was hdd issue, a new hdd is going to be put in place, with OS reload, do not worry we managed to get your site data on our other server, and we might as well switch to cpanel based hosting instead of Direct Admin. Hopefully in few hrs. your sites should be up and running.

Update: Server was reloaded, now the only issue is that there is no control panel as DC cannot get any license for Cpanel till morning, and if decide to move to new provider overnight it wont serve nothing.
Sorry guys for this mess and downtime. Hopefully dc can help us sort out this mess, if not will be looking into getting new hardware from other provider.

Morning everyone, been working for about 2 hrs now to get the sites up and running again, got cpanel working now. Will now start the data migration. Should be completed in few hours.

Update: All accounts have been restored other than addon domains as we have no idea who owned which addon domain. So please login to your accounts and create new addon domains and shoot us and email and we will transfer your addon domains (yes we have backup) to the new one.
PS: Will be sending everyone their new login information now, so please contact us back if you have any questions, and please change your passwords asap after you login to your accounts.
Sorry for all the troubles, after everything is back to normal will be looking for new provider (am in discussion with few providers already).

Tonights Update: We managed to get accounts transferred to cpanel, and missed out important information that to connect to your control panel please use : http://www.yourdomain.com:2082 or http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel .
At this stage sites will go down as we will tonight be doing cleaning up and kernel compiles and other maintenance and reloads. Updates/patches/reloads should not take more than 2 - 4 hrs at max. The management company will also be setting up monitoring to ensure services are operating 24/7.
We urge everyone to change their password tomorrow morning, as there was found some OS exploit also on the server after the new hdd was put in place.

Everything is now back to normal now guys. Please update/change your passwords ASAP please, its not a request, but rather security concern.
Just so you guys are aware of what happened, the DNS and apache configurations were messed to a stage where we had to get help from another admin who was able to put things right
. Right now we are back to pushing some bandwidth out 
and proxy surfing !!
