Just so you guys are aware of what happened, the DNS and apache configurations were messed to a stage where we had to get help from another admin who was able to put things right :) . At this stage sites will go down as we will tonight be doing cleaning up and kernel compiles and other maintenance and reloads. Updates/patches/reloads should not take more than 2 - 4 hrs at max. The management company will also be setting up monitoring to ensure services are operating 24/7. So please login to your accounts and create new addon domains and shoot us and email and we will transfer your addon domains (yes we have backup) to the new one.
